Sisters of Success Curriculum

The primary goal of My Sista My Friend: Sisters of Success Tour is to bring a positive interactive experience that connects older women and younger women. while enhancing arts and cultural programming at numerous venues throughout the community.

 

The curriculum is (History Through Art), utilizing art to educate the community about women achieving in the arts, education, women’s issues, health/wellness, public service, civil rights, children, media, community advocacy, and business.

 

The secondary goal is to provide an artistic format to highlight the accomplishments of women in the Greater Cincinnati area and provide an example to encourage young women to achieve their goals, by providing the curriculum and workshops at a location convenient to the audience.

My Sista My Friend Sisters of Success Tour directly connects arts, education, history, and culture with positive women in the community.

 

It allows the hosting organization and collaborative partners to take ownership in what is being presented to the community, youth groups and educators.
